Description:
We are currently searching for short term senior structural engineer for proposal opportunity in Gaza, Palestine aiming to review of technical documents (including drawings, calculation notes, hypothesis notes, Bill of Quantities, work schedules, and related technical documents).
Description of tasks:
- Review of technical documents (including drawings, calculation notes, hypothesis notes, Bill of Quantities, work schedules, and related technical documents)
- Provision of technical recommendations and related technical deliverables (including Technical recommendation reports, Amended design documents, based on files provided by local engineers, Detailed Structural/shop drawings, Detailed Bills of Quantities, Technical specifications, Structural calculations and analysis reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in structural engineering projects within Gaza.
Other information:
Please note that the assigned consultant will not be required to access Gaza or work with staff on the ground, as the services can be carried out entirely remotely.
